Effective 2026, COA Fees are $1,158 monthly. This includes the state mandated SIRS (Reserve) fee.

The Atlantic Plaza Board Meetings are held quarterly. Owners may attend/participate via Zoom video link.

Traditionally, the Annual Owners Meeting is held at Atlantic Plaza the first Saturday of November. Owners are encouraged to attend in person or may optionally attend via Zoom.
Per Bylaws ~
“The annual meeting of the registered owners of this Corporation will be held the 1st Sunday of November of each year. The annual meeting of the registered owners for any year will be held no later than fifteen months after the last preceding annual meeting of the registered owners. Business transacted at the annual meeting will include the election of directors of the Corporation.”
